(I) Design Department

Years of experience: 5 to 7 years

Position: Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer.

Education: B.E / B.Tech or M.E / M.Tech.

Functional area: Design Department

 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, development, documentation, testing, release, and manufacturing support from concept to product, of finished pharmaceutical instruments
• Candidate will prepare conceptual design drawings from all views for components or complex custom products working from customer-supplied data, engineering specifications, simple sketches or verbal instructions using AutoCad and SolidEdge.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing theory and process; familiarity with project planning; experience working in an ISO 9000:2001 environments desirable.
• Ensure pharmaceutical instruments are designed, developed, documented, tested, and released according to applicable international standards, regulations, and company procedures
• Use SolidEdge and Teamcenter to complete product development from project planning, industrial design and engineering to manufacturing support

(II) QC Department

Years of experience: 1 to 2 years

Location: Mumbai and Navi Mumbai

Position: QC Engineer

Education: DME, B.E

Functional area: Quality Control Department

 

Responsibilities:

• To inspect and assure the quality of the engineering component, stage wise quality checking of goods and products, maintaining ISO Document. Handling calibration of Instruments
• Inward QC check
• In process QC check
• Finished Product QC Check
• Inspection at vendor end.
• Interaction with Vendors
• Gauge development
• Instrument handling

Desired candidate's profile:

Candidate should have background of inspection of Machine components, hands on experience in Computers (windows). Able to understand engineering component drawings. Knowledge of engineering materials. Knowledge of manufacturing process.

Ready to work at Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.

 

 

(III) Store Keeper

Years of experience: 1 to 3 years 

Location: Mumbai And Navi Mumbai 

Position: Store Keeper 

Education: B.com.  

Functional area: Stores and Logistics 

 

Job Description:

Maintain Stores, Inward & outward entry, Issuing Material to Production Department, Coordinate with Purchase department, Ensure safety of the materials, Maintain and prepare Dispatch of the final goods.

 

Desire candidate Profile:

Candidate should be Minimum Graduate Experienced person, Should have experience of Electronic and Mechanical material handling, engineering diploma will preferable. Ready to learn, good grasping power, well disciplined, Computer literate, Working knowledge of Tally.

 

 

(IV) Service Co-ordinator

Years of experience: 1 to 3 years

Location: Navi Mumbai

Position: Service Co-ordinator

Education: Diploma in Electronics

Functional area: Service Department

 

Job Description:

Handling customers query, Requirements if any on phone or email, scheduling visits of engineer as per customer’s convenience, handling AMC contract and keep a track of the same, coordination with service head and engineers. Providing after sales service information like AMC. Keeping details of customer, Attendance of Engineers.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate should have education background of Diploma electronics, and should have coordinators experience. Good communication and written Skill. Candidate should have minimum 1yr experience

 

 

(V) Hardware Design Engineer

Years of experience: 2 to 3 years

Location: Navi Mumbai

Position: Hardware Design Engineer

Education: B.Tec / B.E – Electronics and Telecommunication / Instrumentation will also do. Diploma

Functional area: Research and Development Department

 

Job Description:

Hardware design as per requirements, schematic drawing, getting pcb design artwork (out source of pcb design) testing the proto type model, documentation for the same.

  

Desired Candidate Profile:

Sound knowledge of micro controller, worked with schematic design, exposure to protel or similar packages.
Hand on experience on testing of pcbs, should have experience in pcb designing 

 

 

(VI) Service Engineer 

Years of experience: 1 to 3 years

Location: Hyderabad

Position: Service Engineer

Education: Diploma in Industrial Electronics and Telecommunication or Electronics.

Functional area: Service Department

 

Job Description:

Machine Installation. Servicing of the machine, executing annual maintenance contract, handling customer query on (E-mail and Telephone). Should visit the clients places, travelling is the main constraint of the job.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate should have experience with pharmaceutical lab testing equipment manufacturing company, aware of machine installation procedure, Should have experience in service department. Good learning skills, Age criteria – 30.

Candidate must have Driving license of two wheeler and four wheeler also. If possible then candidate should have passport also.
